In our short existence, the cheese making team has achieved many awards and ribbons for their cheese making accomplishments. Our Low Moisture Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese received the Gold Medal at the 2020 World Championship Cheese Contest and our Ricotta Amalfi also won a gold medal at the Wisconsin Dairy Products Association’s 2021 Dairy Product Championship. We look to continue to live up to our name “Sopra” with more accomplishments.
